Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How can I pay for my visit?
Your booking must be paid online in advance. You can pay by credit card or TWINT. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received successfully.
Will we have the Wellness Suite to ourselves?
Yes. During your reserved time, the entire Harmony Wellness Suite is exclusively yours. There are no other guests and no shared areas.
Karen will welcome you personally, give you a brief tour and then leave you to enjoy your private wellness time.
What is included in the Wellness Suite?
Depending on the experience you book, you will have access to the Finnish sauna, hot tub, revitalising shower, footbath and relaxation room.
Bathrobes, slippers, sauna and shower towels, toiletries, herbal tea and still water are provided.
Please note that the hot tub is not included with the Sauna Only experience.
What do we need to bring?
You only need to bring your personal belongings and swimwear. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer are provided.
Jewellery should be removed before using the sauna or hot tub. Harmony Wellness cannot accept responsibility for jewellery that is damaged or lost.
May we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. You may also arrange for food to be delivered directly to the Wellness Suite.
A selection of drinks and snacks is also available to purchase and can be paid for by TWINT.
Can we stay overnight at Harmony Wellness?
There is no bed or overnight accommodation within the Wellness Suite.
You can, however, combine your wellness visit with a stay at Chalet Oz. The holiday home is located on the same property, accommodates up to four guests and has a minimum stay of two nights.

Can we visit as a group or celebrate a special occasion?
Harmony Wellness is also suitable for birthdays, anniversaries, hen parties and other small private occasions. Groups of up to six people can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
As the suite is designed for peace, privacy and relaxation, bookings for four to six guests are planned individually.

Can children visit Harmony Wellness?
Yes. Children under five may visit Harmony Wellness free of charge. Children aged 5 to 15 pay half price. Guests aged 16 and over pay the regular adult price.
Any additional charge for children can be paid on arrival by credit card or TWINT.
Please let Karen know before booking, or immediately afterwards, if children will be joining you so that the suite can be prepared accordingly.
Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times. The accompanying adult decides which facilities the child may use and is responsible for the child’s safety.
Can I visit during pregnancy or if I have a medical condition?
If you are pregnant or have a heart or circulatory condition, high or low blood pressure, or another health concern, please seek medical advice before your visit.
Harmony Wellness cannot provide individual medical advice about whether using the sauna or hot tub is suitable for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel a Wellness Experience or Sauna Only booking, you will receive a transferable gift voucher for the amount paid instead of a cash refund. The voucher will be valid for two years.
This also applies to short-notice cancellations due to illness, as every private session is prepared especially for the booked guests.
No voucher or refund will be issued if you do not attend your booking.
Do we need to arrive on time?
Please arrive at the agreed time. If you are delayed, let Karen know as early as possible.
Depending on the day’s schedule, it may be possible to extend your reserved time. This cannot be guaranteed. All visits must finish by 10.00 pm.
Please leave the suite promptly at the end of your reserved time.
Is the Wellness Suite accessible?
The entrance to the Wellness Suite can be reached without using stairs. Steps are required to enter the hot tub, and no specialist accessible facilities or mobility aids are available.
If you have any questions about access, please contact Karen before booking. She will be happy to explain the layout and facilities.
Is parking available?
One parking space is available in front of the Reimen house for your booking. If you arrive in a second vehicle, please use the paid public parking spaces near the church in Vitznau.
Is Harmony Wellness a private thermal spa?
Harmony Wellness is not a public thermal spa. It is a privately bookable Wellness Suite with a Finnish sauna, hot tub, revitalising shower, footbath and relaxation room.
Unlike a public thermal spa, none of the reserved areas are shared with other guests. During your visit, the suite is exclusively yours.
How do I book a visit?
Use our website to select your preferred experience, duration and an available time. Regular online bookings can be made up to twelve hours before the session begins.
