Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Gift Vouchers
HARMONY WELLNESS SUITE
Effective from: 21 July 2026
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers purchased through the Harmony Wellness website or voucher shop.
The contracting party is Harmony Wellness, as identified in the legal notice on the website.
2. Orders and formation of the contract
The presentation of gift vouchers in the voucher shop constitutes an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process, the purchaser submits a binding order. The purchase contract is formed once payment has been completed successfully and the order has been confirmed.
The purchaser is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery information.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs. The total price displayed when the order is completed is binding.
The available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payment is due when the order is placed.
Any delivery charge for a postal voucher will be displayed separately before the order is completed.
4. Delivery
Print-at-home vouchers are sent electronically to the email address provided during checkout once payment has been completed successfully.
Postal vouchers are sent to the delivery address provided. Harmony Wellness is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.
If an electronic voucher does not arrive, the purchaser should check their spam folder before contacting Harmony Wellness.
5. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase.
The voucher should be redeemed and the visit completed within this period. Early booking is recommended, as the availability of a particular date or time cannot be guaranteed.
Harmony Wellness may accept expired vouchers at its discretion. Acceptance of an expired voucher does not create an entitlement for other expired vouchers to be accepted.
6. Transferability
Gift vouchers are transferable and may be given to another person.
Commercial resale is not permitted without the prior written consent of Harmony Wellness.
7. Redemption
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against services provided by Harmony Wellness.
One gift voucher may be used per booking. A voucher may be used as part-payment. If the booking value exceeds the available voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid when the booking is made.
A voucher cannot be combined with the CHF25 Chalet Oz guest benefit or with another discount or reduction unless expressly stated otherwise for the relevant offer.
Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using a referral discount.
The voucher value and any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by mandatory law.
8. Changes to offers and prices
If the price of an offer changes after a voucher has been purchased, the original amount paid for the voucher will be credited towards the price applying when the booking is made. Any difference must be paid when the booking is made.
If an offer named on the voucher is permanently discontinued, the amount originally paid may be applied to another available Harmony Wellness service.
9. Booking a wellness session
Purchasing a gift voucher does not automatically reserve an appointment.
Appointments must be booked separately through the Harmony Wellness booking system and are subject to availability.
The booking, cancellation and guest conditions published by Harmony Wellness at the time of the appointment booking apply to the reserved wellness session.
10. Cancellation of a session booked with a voucher
If a wellness appointment booked with a voucher is cancelled, the general Harmony Wellness cancellation conditions apply.
Where a credit is due under those conditions, it will be provided as a transferable gift voucher. It will not be paid in cash. No credit or replacement voucher will be issued for a no-show.
11. Cancellation and refund of a voucher purchase
Swiss law does not provide a general statutory right to cancel ordinary online purchases. Completed and paid voucher orders therefore cannot normally be cancelled or refunded in cash.
Any mandatory legal rights, including rights relating to an incorrectly issued or undelivered voucher, remain unaffected.
12. Lost vouchers and unauthorised use
Gift vouchers and voucher codes must be stored securely.
Harmony Wellness is not normally required to replace a voucher that has been lost, stolen or used without permission. If the voucher can be clearly identified and has not been redeemed, Harmony Wellness may, at its discretion, cancel the original voucher and issue a replacement.
13. Data protection
Personal information is processed only as required to manage the order, payment, delivery and redemption of the voucher and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

14. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory legal provisions, including those governing jurisdiction in consumer contracts, remain unaffected.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
